  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Requests for return must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the steps to arrange a pickup or drop-off.

  • Returned items will be inspected before approval.

3. Refunds

  • Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as either:

    • Cash refund at the time of pickup/delivery exchange, or

    • Replacement product if you prefer.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and verified.

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we can provide a replacement of the same product.

  • If the same item is not available, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.

5. Non-Returnable Items
